The Association of Assistive Technology Act Programs (ATAP) is excited to offer the fourth opportunity for collaboration and growth with the Aging Peer Action Learning (PAL) 2026 Cohort. This specialized cohort is designed to bring together entities serving older Americans and caregivers who can benefit from assistive technology devices and services.

Title: Creating Collaborative Models

Description: In breakout sessions, participants will be invited to work with others from their state or territory to develop concrete steps for creating, improving, and growing partnerships and collaborations. In this interactive two-hour session, we will:

  • Reflect on the 2025 partnerships and collaborations reported by AT Act Programs.

  • Discover tools for assessing current partnership and collaboration effectiveness.

  • Identify potential partners and explore strategies to effectively approach and engage them.

  • Discuss new ideas for successfully building partnerships within states and communities.
